Randy holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Technology and has worked in the electrical,
heating, and air conditioning industry doing inspection, testing, and repair work over the last 30 years. Becoming familiar
with homes of all ages and sizes naturally led him to the business of residential home inspections.
He encourages
you to accompany him during the inspection, which takes from 2 to 4 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of your
home. During this time, Randy can offer preventative maintenance tips, as well as share his knowledge to make you more confident
and informed about your investment. His inspection is a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structural and operating
components of your home. A home inspection provides security and peace of mind. Whether you are buying or selling, knowing
the condition of your home guarantees a smooth transaction. The inspection offers you the opportunity to see a house through
trained, objective eyes.
Randy carries full Professional Liability Insurance and is committed to complying with
NAHI’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
